Store Manager performs and directs overall restaurant management. Directs and Develops staff to ensure that all daily operations to ensure that Guest Satisfaction, Food Safety, Product Preparation, Cleanliness/Organization, Inventory Control, Quality Control and Staffing Standards are maintained. Promote and provide EXCEPTIONAL Guest Service! Quality communication and Positive Team motivation skills are a major component to Successful Leadership. Recruits, hires, trains and maintains a capable TEAM! Performs daily as a visual example for Team Partners ("The example, not the Exception"). Maintain operations in compliance with all Franchise and Franchisee Standards. TEAM SUBWAY, Together We Thrive! Completes the assigned Subway U Courses and ServSafe Certified (will certify after hire).
