Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work on assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines. You may also assist with general facilities maintenance as needed. Most of this equipment is unique to the plant, and you will receive training during the first two months on the job.
Responsibilities
Work on assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines.
Assist with general facilities maintenance as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on various equipment.
Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs.
Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs and control systems.
Service and maintain motors, conveyors, and automation systems.
Perform welding and follow blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic diagrams.
Engage in mechanical troubleshooting and work with robotics and industrial automation systems.
Essential Skills
Electrical maintenance
Mechanical maintenance
Troubleshooting
Preventive maintenance
PLC troubleshooting
Electrical troubleshooting
Knowledge of hand tools
3+ years of experience as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), especially Allen-Bradley
Ability to work with 3-phase electrical systems
Familiarity with motors, conveyors, and automation
Welding skills
Experience with robotics and industrial maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Understanding of ladder logic diagrams

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled, dusty, and somewhat dirty. You will be working extended hours ranging from 50-60 hours a week, with the goal to reduce these hours by adding another skilled technician to the team.

This is a Contract position based out of Manchester, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
