Accenture Health Admin Services Associate in Mandaluyong, Philippines

Operational • Plan and review periodic operational timelines for the team covering specific MRCs. • Monitor daily operational deliverables of team members. Ensure team meets the service level agreement. • Address and manage operational, people and other kinds of risk within the scope. • Function as the 1st escalation point for operational issues arising from either the subordinates or the client MRCs. Carve out root-cause analysis (RCA) and action plan to avoid recurrence of these issues. • Address internal and external issues by planning and implementing resolutions within the 1st level escalation capacity. • Provide feedback to leads/managers as to the status, progress, issues and resolutions on the operations floor. • Perform operational reviews to ensure the quality of deliverables to the client such as review of client-imposed journal entries, other recurring and/or adhoc journal entries, review of simple to moderate reports (e.g. intercompany out-of-balance reports, aging reports) and account reconciliations (e.g. intercompany recon). • Execute / participate in client calls/meetings to resolve issues and/or report regular operational results such as aging balances. Articulate issues effectively as well as raise help needed, if any, to partner with the client in improvements or issue resolution. • Act as subject matter expert for a specific assigned process by performing random checking as well as recommending process improvements and support for the timely and quality

Qualifications Level 10 Degree Accountancy / Accounting / Finance, CPA an advantage Work Experience • 4 years or more in general accounting role (including reconciliations & reporting) or equivalent; experience in intercompany an advantage • Experience in handling people/direct reports Skills Proficient in MS Office and ERP system (SAP); Experience in BlackLine, Chains, OMNI, SAPLynx an advantage Strong verbal and oral communication & stakeholder management skills Agility in learning and adapting to changes Team management skills being both a team player and leader Efficient and effective in time management and risk assessment Strong critical thinking skills Ability to solve matters urgently and work under pressure Has eye for process improvements and/or innovation
