We are looking for a seasonedAsst. Manager- Engineering (Audio Visual)who will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, and guests' expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing AV project delivery, ensuring on-time completion & operating AV equipment. Other duties include completing software upgrades, developing methods to improve provided services or products, training & delivering guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:
Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of audio/visual operations (engineering, live production, audio/visual systems) experience required.
Experience of working in the AV department in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Manage work requests and calendar of events on a timely manner.
In-depth technical knowledge of AV systems, equipment, and latest technologies.
Excellent computer and troubleshooting skills.
