WTW Leadership Development Project Manager (Night Shift) in Manila, Philippines
We are seeking a full-time, talent-oriented Project Manager to provide project management support for Leadership Development programs to include the Leadership Effectiveness Acceleration Program (LEAP) and other programs in support of the development of our leaders. The Project Manager will report to the LEAP Program Manager in the Talent, Development and Engagement COE with standard working hours which overlap Eastern U.S. and U.K. hours.

Ab About the Role:
Project management
Collaborate and communicate effectively and efficiently with a variety of stakeholders within TDE, HR and the wider organization to build leadership development content and project plans. Translate business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timelines, and milestones to maintain momentum on tasks and related projects
Monitor progress of project, escalates and mitigate project risks and issues. Create accountability structures for project team and managing projects towards deadlines. Facilitate project team meetings as required
Leverage technology to enable transparency and create communication channels to drive successful projects and outcomes
Create program management tools (i.e. excel program plan) that help deliver the program on schedule, ensuring progress against established objectives, budget, and timelines
Support the creation and coordination of program surveys, including the creation of a results dashboard
Coordinate, plan and schedule program sessions for different time-zones. Including agenda setting, sending prework materials, prep-work/meetings, dry-runs, and sending invitations
Communicate to internal stakeholders through replying to questions, updating intranet pages, and maintaining talent and development resources
Requirement s:
3-5 years of Project Management Experience required. Learning, development, design, and delivery experienced strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Growth mindset and strong organizational skills
Personal resilience and self-awareness of the impacts of change
Strong communication skills and (internal) Client Focus
A desire to contribute towards an inclusive team atmosphere and organizational culture
Must be amenable to night shift
