Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape in Philippines. This role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Conduct thorough screening of applicants to assess qualifications, experience and cultural fit.

  • Schedule and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Perform reference and background checks on potential hires to ensure they meet the company’s standards.

  • Make recommendations to hiring managers, prepare letter of employment and extend offers to selected candidates.

  • Monitor the interview process status and work to fill vacancies as quickly as possible with the right candidates.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.

  • Promote BV as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and act as the primary contact and maintain positive relationships with employment agencies, colleges, and universities.

  • Support global and regional talent acquisition initiatives and provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

  • Ensure readiness for the pre-boarding process, including preparing the new employee announcement and arranging technical setups such as a laptop, software access, and workstation.

  • Conduct new hires orientation sessions to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company, familiarizing them with company policies, culture, and procedures.

  • Other support as and when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably prior worked experience with recruitment agency.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruitment challenges.
