BOS Manufacturing Experienced Plasma Burn Table Operator in Manistee, Michigan
Manistee based Manufacturing facility seeking a skilled Plasma Burn Table Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for nesting up and operating the plasma burn table and also operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications along with burning sheets of metal to print. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality metal products.
Responsibilities: - Operate plasma table - Use nesting software to reduce scarp - Properly clean and maintenance machine - Operate Press Brake - Measure and inspect fabricated parts. - Oversee operates to ensure part accuracy - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications: - Proven experience in fabrication - Proficient on various machines Plasma Table, Press Brake, Drill Press ECT.. - Ability to accurately measure and inspect fabricated parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Ability to operate a forklift
