Direct responsibility and supervision in the daily activities of hourly employees to ensure efficient and effective maintenance assignments are completed with the primary objective of uninterrupted, efficient, and safe operations. Provide comprehensive development of work order/work package documentation and schedules for the performance of maintenance work. Conduct planning and scheduling meetings with operations representatives and others to allow for the effective use of maintenance resources in an agreed work schedule. The product of the planning and scheduling effort is the creation of an organized tasked work order complying with current facility guidelines and execution needs that become part of the maintenance work schedule.
