JOB REQUIREMENTS: Communicate with sales representatives to identify project requirements and enter orders in the system. Send follow up emails to existing and potential customers. Communicate artwork specifications to graphic artists and reviews completed proofs for quality and accuracy Keep abreast of industry trends, research, and changes. Perform general administrative activities including, but not limited to answering telephones, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Record details of customer contacts and actions taken. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open, interactive, and timely communication.
