Direct Support Professional (DSP)-- CNA, TMA Unique Position! HMC Mankato, MN 56001 Job description: Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a communal home setting. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting. Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff. Assist with mobility and transfers of patients. Perform basic medical procedures such as taking blood pressure and administering medication under the supervision of a nurse. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Participate in community outings and events. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 40 per week.
