Responsible for the governance, design, improvements, and stakeholder alignment of specific IT applications and E2E processes across the organization. The role is critical in driving process excellence - ensuring that process applications are designed in ways that best meet the needs of the organization and external business partners.

• Partnering with Business Functions globally to understand business limitations, strategy, goals, and implementing IT applications/solutions in support of the strategic goals and improvements.

• Focus on ‘transforming’ – improving efficiency and productivity of current processes

• Manage outsourced services ensuring stable and secure support

• Develop and drive consistent, best-practice procedures, process templates, and standards that span across the global organization.

• Process governance and compliance responsibilities

• Project Management; Lead technology implementation projects, process transformation initiatives within respective area. Ensuring the proper most effective rollout plan to the organization

Key roles and responsibilities

• Process Owner and governance for end-to-end ERP processes globally for Finance and Accounting in S4/HANA and integrated applications

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation projects, from requirements gathering, design, go live, change management and hypercare

• Provide expertise in the design and implementation of financial processes to meet business requirements

• IT Partner to internal customers and external partners for all topics to do with FICO and core business processes

• Improve efficiency and productivity of business processes

• Assurance of Compliance with business process templates and standards

• Manage outsourced services

• Responsibility for the global platforms including approvals for new requirements and change requests

• Take over the optimization and further development of our business processes and their mapping in our SAP system in close cooperation with our IT-service provider..

• Demonstrate strong relationship management skills to ensure users and IT collaborate cross-functionally.

• Keep track of upcoming demands from business, pre-qualify and prioritize new projects and change-requests.

• Deep understanding of ERP applications and end to end core business processes

• Expert knowledge in the following modules in SAP S/4: SAP-FI General ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), SAP-CO-Product Costing (CO-PC) and CO-Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

• Hands-on experience in solving process challenges an SAP S/4HANA platform, focusing on business process excellence

• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, financial controlling, and financial management, order to cash and procurement processes

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Must be able react and successfully handle difficult situations.

• Must be able to work under limited supervision, taking initiative when necessary.

• Must be well organized and detail oriented.

• University degree (Bachelor or advanced degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field)

• 8+ professional experience, ideally in large or mid-sized internationally active company

• Experience in managing business applications & implementing IT solutions

• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, financial controlling, and financial management.

• Experience in cross-functional integration

• High level of analytical thinking as well as conceptual and communicative strengths.
