Compensation

• $30.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experience

What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor ? You’ll be:

• Initiating action to prevent nonconformities in product, process, and quality system

• Identifying and recording any product, process, and quality system problems and recommending/implementing solutions to improve processes

• Training and motivating subordinates to achieve production and other department goals

• Facilitating the performance evaluation process

• Coaching team members to drive increased performance and taking corrective action when necessary

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

• Have experience in manufacturing (preferred)

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills

• Have demonstrated interpersonal skills in motivating, problem-solving, counseling, evaluating, and training team members

• Are available to work a day shift schedule
