RICHLAND COUNTY BOARD OF DD Administrative Coordinator - Operations and Administration in Mansfield, Ohio

*PRIMARY FUNCTION: * Under the general direction of the Director of Operations and Administrative Services manages administrative/office activities for the Operations and Administration Departments.  Maintain confidentiality, organize and monitor accounting functions, provide IT support, and manage special projects as assigned by the Director of Operations and Administrative Services.

 

*QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma, with preference to post-secondary education, at least one year of previous experience in a responsible administrative assistant position or equivalent, and proficient in the use of computers for word processing, fiscal spreadsheets and data management. Previous experience in the IT field is preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Driver's License and be insurable. (A combination of education and/or related experience may be considered.)
