Pay Rate: $15/hr Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm EST *We ask that candidates who apply be flexible regarding training hours As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring every customer receives top-notch support. Beyond handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, you'll champion customer feedback to drive improvements in merchandising, site usability, and policies, fostering loyalty and retention. Responding to and resolving inbound and outbound customer service inquiries via various channels. Following up on order issues and implementing process enhancements. Identifying areas for improvement based on customer feedback. Crafting effective messages for customer communication. Managing orders through our system. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Two years of customer service experience or equivalent. Experience in proofreading, copy editing, or writing preferred. Exceptional organizational, customer service, and communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in web browsers. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service standards. Reliable broadband internet (Minimum speeds should be 25MB download / 10MB upload).
