Your Role
As an Administration Specialist you will be part of the Operations team, being responsible for collecting and managing all the documents related to inbound/outbound goods, ensuring a proper administration of all the information, completing data entry and reporting activities by using custom made local software and informatic tools.
Your Responsibilities
In order to support Operation with the administration of the documentation, check and collate all delivery notes, run and seal sheets, then keep all the materials organized by following local established procedures
Process all incoming and outgoing documentation for the department as delivery notes, CMR, export declarations, etc.
In order to ensure a smooth flow of information and paperwork, collaborate with Operation to create and, afterwards, update specific local operative procedure and ways to communicate administrative information
Complete all daily administrative duties, including but not limited to processing receipts, taking records, processing inbound/outbound documentation
Ensure the accurate and timely input of all data in local systems by conducting data entry and reporting activities

Your Skills and Experiences
0 – 2 years’ experience in large scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations with strong preference given to eCommerce / Fashion / Retail experience
Experience with fast paced work environments where analytical skills, ability to identify root causes of problems, predict problems by examining situations with a metric-based approach are considered crucial
Expertise with administrative activities in logistics and/or productive fast paced environments with a strong employ of data entry software and a widespread usage of report
Solid exposure to team working in logistics and/or productive contexts with high volumes
