Arrange and attend age-specific events and playdates to ensure the boys have opportunities for socialization. Manage the daily schedule for the children including activities, nap schedules, and meal schedules. Follow any specific health and safety guidelines provided by the parents. Maintain a social network to socialize the children regularly. Provide emergency first aid if required. Properly manage communication of daily activities. Monitor the household environment to ensure safety. Immersive English/Afrikaans language exposure through regular conversation with children. Flexibility and multitasking ability required
