GENERAL DESCRPTION: Provide general labor tasks, in an efficient and safe manner, as part of a precast crew. Performs various duties on a crew to assist in doing work on product to get the required finish detail necessary on the jobsite. Doing necessary repairs or corrections that meet the Company's quality standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to work on time as scheduled and learn procedures for safe concrete production. Have reliable transportation to the job sites. Physically able and willingness to run a concrete saw for flat and vertical cuts safety. Experience in a boom or scissors lift. Take work direction from installation crew Foreman and Field Superintendent. Completes general construction labor tasks necessary. Uses materials and supplies in an efficient manner. Follows company safety procedures and policies. Experience in brick removal and tuck pointing. Completing necessary field fixes. EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of construction or manual labor experience preferred. OSHA 10 hours certification preferred. General math skills and ability to read a tape measurer and blueprint. General knowledge of construction practices. Ability to work from heights (ladders, flatbed trailers, aerial equipment safely. Ability to obtain membership to local laborers' union. Ability to work with others and always maintain professional conduct. Must be motivated and self-driven to complete tasks. Must be willing to travel and work in all types of weather conditions. Ability to travel and be away from home. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs., occasionally. Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequently. Ability to move around for up to 12 hours per day. Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequently. Possession of a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle. WORKING CONDITIONS: Intermittent field / jobsite visits will require safety precautions, which may coincide with exposure to harsh weather. Moderate to high risk of exposure to unusual elements. Moderate to high risk of safety precautions. Moderate to high exposure to production environment.
