Schedule: Full time Pay: $20.00 per hour Location: Camp Friendship in Annandale, MN True Friends Benefits: Employee & Family Medical Insurance Employee & Family Dental Insurance Employee Referral Program Retirement Savings Plan with Opportunity for 3% Employer Match Employee Assistance Program PTO Annual Accrual of up to 20 Days to Start VTO- 8 Hours with True Friends & 8 Hours with an external nonprofit 8 Paid Holidays per Year Continued Education and Training Options CPR/First Aid and Other Certification Opportunities Organizational Events Cabin Rental Discounts How You'll Contribute: Assist in the general maintenance and upkeep of True Friends facilities and grounds Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other mechanical work as well as snow removal Communicate maintenance updates and needs to supervisor Operate various types of equipment Perform basic vehicle maintenance Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Assist in cleaning and set up of meeting spaces and grounds keeping Participate in committees and or corporate trainings/activities as needed Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Bring to the Table: 2+ years of general maintenance experience preferred Basic automotive maintenance experience preferred Must have an acceptable driving record and pass a motor vehicle record check Must be able to take direction and work independently Must be willing to be on-call during occasional evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be able to pass an organizational background study About Us: True Friends programs include camp, respite, therapeutic horseback riding, conference and retreat, travel, and team building, serving over 25,000 individuals annually.
