Here, you will make an impact by:Developing project estimates, plans and proposals, and coordinating project approvalsManaging project timelines, scopes, budgets, construction activity, and personnel to successfully deliver to approved project commitmentsSpecifying equipment and facilities performance and design criteriaDefining and executing competitive bidding and project delivery strategiesCommunicating effectively with project teams and stakeholdersEnsuring compliance to applicable codes, guidelines, and standardsAdvancing and deploying technologiesYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, this role requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (2) years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (6) years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience managing capital projects, with a strong track record of successful project schedule, scope and cost deliveryDemonstrated project management, communication, facilitation, influencing and teaching/coaching skillsProject leadership experience in laboratories and/or manufacturing plantsAbility to energize teams, promote teamwork and maintain positive moraleAdvanced degree (completed and verified prior to start) in an engineering discipline or technology management from an accredited institutionFor current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
