This team is actively involved in various digital programs, such as Digital R&D, AI, Machine Learning, Mobile App Development, Marketing Technologies, and Data Analytic Platforms, all with a shared focus on differentiation to gain a competitive edge while prioritizing customer needs. As a member of this team, you will contribute to developing world-class processes and tools that seamlessly integrate machine learning and statistical computing into essential business operations, including omnichannel marketing optimization.As a Digital Delivery Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Leading the End to End Digital Delivery Process including Agile-Scrum, Quality & Support across Digital Product & Digital Program TeamsManaging cloud, licensing, and 3rd party service budgetsDirect management of digital delivery team members that work across data engineering & full stack software developmentStrong cross functional collaboration with many organizations like technical development, marketing & business teamsConsulting and/or creating digital product & project launch plans with playbooksPartner with strategic technology partners and external companies to drive adoption and expand technology featuresParticipate in digital R&D throughout the product life, advocating for new product features, technologies, and IP differentiation.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Eight (8) years of experience working on Digital Programs, Analytic Platforms, Marketing IT and/or Digital ProductsORHigh School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified (prior to start) and eleven (11) years of experience in Digital Programs, Analytic Platforms, Marketing IT and/or Digital ProductsANDFive (5) years of people management experience in a private, public, government or military environmentTwo (2) years experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods or Retail CompanyThree (3) years of leading & coaching Agile methodologies across multiple teamsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with large-scale data & analytic platformsExperience with Marketing Technologies & Technical ImplementationsExperience with Scrum at Scale Methodologies across technical and non-technical organizationsDigital Program and Stakeholder managementSkills include Critical thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Decision making, Teamwork & AdaptabilityWork location:Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorized.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
