This position will require you to meet hospital credentialing requirements for onsite customer visits. Here, you will make an impact by:Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing assigned equipment including Solventum Steri-vac Sterilizers in hospital and industrial environmentsProviding Preventative Maintenance (PM's)Consulting to and providing In-Service training for customersSelling Sterilizers, Service agreements, charge service activities and generating sales leads on Solventum productsCompany VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or other technical field (completed and verified prior to start) AND Three (3) years of troubleshooting and repair of medical or industrial equipment experienceORHigh school diploma, equivalent, or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND Seven (7) years of troubleshooting and repair of medical or industrial equipment experienceANDCurrent and valid driver's licenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Skills include strong troubleshooting skills, time and territory management, excellent communications (both written and verbal) and a strong desire for continuous learning.Ability to work alone and be self-motivatedAbility to push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.Work location:Remote - IL, OH or PATravel: May include up to 50-65% Domestic.Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
