Here, you will make an impact by:Addressing relevant business concerns through both individual and team-oriented projectsTaking advantage of initial and ongoing training opportunities and exposure to leadership through informational interviews, social events, and a formal presentationHR intern assignments will reside within our HR Solutions organizations but project work may occur in any of the functional areas within our HR organization; interns will work on projects that represent real challenges faced by 3M and mirror the work of our full-time team membersThis role will partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards and/or HR Risk Management to lead projectsExample skillsets utilized:Project Management Using industry approach such as agile/scrum, managing a project end to endHR Process Design -Evaluating key HR processes, and using your ability to construct/reconstruct them using process methodologyChange Management -- Using industry approach, ability to measure and design change programs that drive employee engagementEmployee Engagement -- Designing specific HR programs to elevate the employee experience (ie.
