Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs Senior Manager in IT Mergers & Acquisitions, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world leading the management of the activities needed to exit Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) exit. This role will be p art of the broader IT M&A organization that will be responsible for future acquisition and divestiture activities in Solventum.Here, you will make an impact by:Managing the SLAs, timeline alignment, establish necessary plans, tracking, and coordination of resources and Systems Integrator to ensure the Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) exit.Facilitating resolution of complex cross functional issues.Working closely with the 3M IT M&A organization and the broader IT organization alignment to cutovers and successful TSA bundle exits.Partnering across IT, business leadership, and the 3M IT organization (IMO, Sourcing, Legal, Deployments) to identify and support activities for the TSA exit.Future activities will include defining a process for TSA management for Solventum acquisitions and divestitures.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of 11 years of experience.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in IT.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:IT experience working with Acquisition & Divestitures.Minimum fifteen (15) years of leading and/or collaborating with Global IT teams delivering IT solutions in a large, complex multinational corporation.Ability to identify, translate, and resolve complex problems.Knowledge of IT Security, Architecture, Applications, and InfrastructureProven ability to plan and deliver results and operational excellence through IT capabilities.Strong leadership and communication skills necessary to engage with stakeholders, governance, and cross functional teams.Work location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 10%Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for mployment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
