Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleThis Executive Assistant position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Solventum and provide high-level executive administrative, project management, and analysis support.Here, you will make an impact by:Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and discretion with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure seamless operations and support to the CFO.Exhibiting professionalism, efficiency, and a proactive approach to managing complex schedules, communication, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsible for calendar management and coordination of multiple complex calendars across the team, including scheduling meetings, events, appointments, and travel arrangements.Managing all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.Administering travel and entertainment expense submission for CFO, process purchase orders, and monthly departmental expenses and headcount review.Coordinating and preparing agendas and logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and technical support.Organizing meeting notes and minutes, identify follow-up actions, and track progress on open items.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.Planning and coordinating onsite and offsite team meetings.Handling confidential financial information and maintaining files/archives (electronic/physical).Willingness to be on-call; high-energy, and a problem-solving attitude.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university AND Five (5) years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a Vice President or above.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND Ten (10) years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a Vice President or above.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a SVP, CFO, or CEO.Anticipate the need of the executives and proactively address any issues or concerns.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in using Outlook and OneNote (calendar/meeting minutes), PowerPoint (staff meetings agenda, follow-ups), Concur (travel management), Excel (department budget management), Workday (system approvals, requisition creation) and other tools and technology.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Work location: Preferred location Maplewood, MN or Remote USAPosition requires travel to Maplewood, MN on a regular cadence and other locations as needed.Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international (depending on work location)Relocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
