Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Demand Planning Analyst for our Purification and Filtration Business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Leading the demand planning process best practices to develop a consensus and unconstrained demand plan.Collaborating effectively with stakeholders to develop the demand plan for US and Canada (Marketing, Sales, Portfolio and Manufacturing Operations)Leading weekly and monthly meetings S&OP meetings that feed IBP processesUsing exception planning to identify any root cause issues. Drive resolution to improve performanceManaging KPIs and metrics to gain optimization throughout the supply chainRunning data analytics that drive decision making to meet Key Performance Indicators of a Top Tier CompanyHaving a willingness to learn and grow in Supply Planning utilizing ERP systems, AI and Microsoft 365 applicationsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (6) years of (Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany or Transportation)ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (10) years of (Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany or Transportation)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:APICS CPIM CertificationAdditional experience Production and / or Supply PlanningAction Oriented with proven resultsStrong system application proficiencies including Office 365, especially Excel, SAP ERP (S4Hana a bonus), Power BIStatistical and analytical tools including forecast modeling, S&OP, IBPExcellent communication written and verbal with strong leadershipExperience working cross functionally across different global regionsExperience representing Supply Chain Professions on behalf of all 3 disciplines (Demand, Planning and Production.)Work location:Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to [Maplewood] at least [1] day per week)Travel: May include up to >5%domesticRelocation Assistance: Maybe authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment v sa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
