This position works as a part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. The Team Member (TM) performs all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process, and rotates through all or most of them rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. The TM follows safety protocols, assembles parts using standardized work, and inspects the parts for high quality. The TM may participate in making individual decisions affecting the improvement of the team. *Follow required Safety rules *Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances *Operate machinery used the production process, or assist machine operators *Assemble components and entire parts *Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping *Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards *Start machine or equipment to begin production processes *Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular process *Clean and monitor work areas *Perform other related duties as assigned *Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
