ManpowerGroup Quality Lab Associate I in Marion, North Carolina
Our client, a leading organization in the environmental monitoring industry, is seeking a Quality Lab Associate I to join their team. As a Quality Lab Associate I, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting the environmental monitoring team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a background in biological, microbiological, or chemistry experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Quality Lab Associate I
Location: Marion (North Cove), NC. ONSITE.
What's the Job?
Perform aseptic microbiological and chemical sampling in cleanroom and facility environments
Analyze organic or inorganic compounds to determine chemical or physical properties using chromatography, spectroscopy, or spectrophotometry techniques
Enter data into Laboratory Management system (LIMs)
Prepare test solutions, compounds, standards or reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct tests
Follow laboratory safety procedures to ensure compliance with standards or to make improvements as needed
What's Needed?
Associates degree in biological or chemical sciences or professional certification preferred
0-2 years of experience in the field or related area
Trained in aseptic sampling techniques
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Computer literate/knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)
