Responsibilities:

• Help the residents out with all sorts of daily stuff, from brushing their hair to taking their meds.
• Build relationships with residents, getting to know them well and giving empathetic care.
• Take part in making the community a real hoot by joining in on recreational activities, events, and outings.
• Work together with the care team to make sure everyone's feeling physically, emotionally, and socially healthy.
• Keep things super clean, safe, and hygienic.

Qualifications:

• Aww shucks, you just gotta be kind-hearted, patient, and sympathetic to senior folks.
• You're a great communicator and love chatting with all sorts of peeps.
• You're a fantastic team player and happy to pitch in wherever you're needed.
• A high school degree or equivalent is what you need, but if you've got a* CNA* certification then you're totally crushing it.
• Sure, it's real cool if you've worked in a senior living or healthcare setup before, but if not that's fine too.
