JOB REQUIREMENTS: Premier Community Bank has an opportunity for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in our Insurance Department. You will be working in a team environment to support our agents as well as assisting existing customers to help achieve their insurance needs. This position will work from one or more of our various locations. This can be discussed further during the interview process. Duties and Responsibilities include: Work directly with the agents to process new business. Work with existing customer base to process renewals and help agents retain the book of business. This includes contacting customers prior to renewal to discuss premium changes and options. Obtain insurance licenses for all lines of business: property, casualty, life, and health insurances. Assist customers with changes to their policies and make payments for customers. Required Skills: Computer knowledge Insurance understanding, but willing to train What is it like to be Premier?
