Description:

Our client is currently looking for an Office Manager to work out of the Scarborough, Ontario, Canada office. The Office Manager functions as the key communications resource for the office, interacting with customers (and home office) via phone, email, and in-person. The position also oversees basic facility maintenance, office supplies & equipment, and interaction with the parent company offices.

  • Manage all incoming customer calls for order placement, order status, invoicing questions, and technical support. The latter will be forwarded to office technical staff.

  • Process customer orders in Microsoft AX system.

  • Support office logistics processes including some receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

  • Support parent company office inquiries involving inventory, accounting, and specific customer orders.

  • Monitor, manage, and purchase office supplies and parts inventory.

  • Manage facility cleaning and simple facility maintenance items.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

What you will need to succeed in this position:

Minimum 4 years customer service experience required.

Basic skills in Microsoft and/or other common office applications.

French speaking required.

2-year college degree preferred.

Day-to-day:

Manufacturing office setting handling office admin roles but also working at the front desk being the first POC for all customers and directing them in the correct manager

In office every day

Monday to Friday - office hours

Free parking on site
