Collins Aerospace's Marlborough Engineering site is seeking an Onsite Material Management Production Control professional who understands and applies material management principles that enable them to develop solutions to a variety of problems. This person plans / prepares manufacturing production schedules and manages factory Demand / Supply in support of achieving the MRP schedules that support customer requirements. To be successful in this role you must be a self starter with the ability to work in an IPT environment and coordinate activities between numerous groups and clearly communicate program material status.

Evaluate and assess material availability to keep production on track.
Clearly convey factory priorities to ensure seamless operations.
Identify challenges and craft solutions that empower the factory to achieve its objectives.
Take decisive action to guarantee that program goals are met and exceeded.
Thrive in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment, collaborating across diverse groups, and providing transparent updates on program material status.
Must be able to bend and lift up to 15lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required ; U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Organized, innovative problem-solver with a commitment to following Leader Standard
Qualifications We Prefer:
Bachelor or advanced degree.
Experience in material planning, order execution, and program management.
Proficient in SAP and familiar with government contracting requirements.
Solid understanding of Production and Planning Control fundamentals, including MRP, Inventory Management, and Lean Manufacturing.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
