City Wide Facility Solutions Regional Sales Manager in Marlborough, Massachusetts

City Wide of Boston (www.gocitywideboston.com) is growing rapidly and we are looking for another “A Player” sales leader to add to our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven to succeed with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude in supporting their team and driving revenue. A strong leadership IQ and a desire to drive success through coaching and mentoring is a must. This position will be based in Marlborough MA and will work with a team that targets new customer opportunities south of the Mass Pike, from the South Shore to Worcester.

What drives success for this role

· Experience and/or a keen interest in sales management as a career path

· 5+ years of experience in outside B2B sales roles

· Demonstrated success in prospecting for net new business through phone calls, email, knocking on doors, networking, LinkedIn, etc.

· Demonstrated consistency in meeting of or exceeding of quotas.

· A student of sales – continuously growing and developing as a sales professional

· Proven success in negotiating and closing deals from start to close

· A competitive spirit and a passion for the thrill of closing a deal

· An exceptional work ethic and driven to succeed

Requirements

· Hire, train and develop team members

· Manage daily, weekly and monthly success with your team

· Manage sales territory plans

· Prospect on phones and in field with direct reports

· Work independently as needed to prospect large clients in the territory

· Ensure proper CRM practices are followed

· Participate with direct reports in sales meetings and weekly territory planning meetings

· Conduct daily team/individual recaps

· Provide coverage in open territories as needed

· Provide strategy and recommendations for lead generation

· Manage accurate sales pipeline

· Run weekly sales meetings and 1x1s with direct reports

· Prepare and conduct performance reviews for direct reports

· Participate in company meetings leadership meetings

· Participate in networking events to build relationships with key decision makers

· Work closely with operations team to transition new accounts
