Job Description:

ACP Supply Chain DRP has broad ranging responsibilities in different aspects of Supply Chain operations. This role is responsible for conducting analysis, and reporting along with weekly, and monthly replenishment requirements, and inventory plans that meet demand from sales and the operation planning process.

Essential duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze demand during lead time, identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with the demand team and agree to actions.

  • Determine the SKU inventory levels, by warehouse to support the desired level of customer service with direction from the Master Plan to minimize Variable FPDE and inventory.

  • Execute the SKU phase in/phase out plans collaboratively with customers/sales & marketing/product management.

  • Maintains and coordinates the relationship between Master Scheduler, Master Planner, Logistics Specialist and Demand Planner as well as ensuring integration with the medium to long term distribution plan.

  • Ensure S&OP plan aligns with logistics capabilities, both transportation and warehousing, and work with Master Planner to resolve any potential gaps.

  • Accountable to own the content of master data for the distribution/deployment network working through the data team’s process as required.

  • Communicate the distribution plan in order to ensure the Distribution Requirements Specialist enters accurate STOs in ERP(SAP) system and take corrective actions where needed.

  • Collaborate with the demand/product manager, to validate the forecast of demand by warehouse for each SKU.

  • Work with CM team and ensure a reliable supply plan with 3rd party contracting manufacturing.

Work scope

  • Responsible for ACP business material replenishment from other Dupont plants and 3rd party Toll Manufacturing in NAR/LAR

  • Supply SAP data in support of non-standard label generation, including relabel requests through Everest

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain discipline.

  • At least 2 years' relevant working experience.

  • Solid working knowledge of SAP & BW

  • Basic knowledge of export process – booking, customs clearance, documentary.

  • Basic knowledge of logistics and hazardous materials handling

  • Supply Chain knowledge.

Preference:

  • Experience in electronic material business
