Job Description

Senior Specialist, Total Rewards

  • Based from our offices in Marlow with a flexible 3/2 working model

  • Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager

Objective of the role:

The Senior Specialist, Total Rewards will be responsible overseeing and administering employee total rewards programs. They will provide support to the Total Rewards Manager and HR Business Partners to assist with the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefit programs for employees located in the United Kingdom. Additionally, this role will provide support for international positions within the Aesthetics Business Unit.

Key responsibilities:

  • This role will be required to complete operational compensation tasks for both the UK and the broader international team including but not exclusively:

  • Independently perform job evaluations and make grade recommendations to Business HR and Talent Acquisition.

  • Provide recommendations on various pay actions (promotions, bonus buyouts, Base Salary Adjustments, etc.) utilising multiple data sources as appropriate.

  • Support the annual year-end process for Merit, Bonus and Long-Term Incentives.

  • Complete survey submissions for annual and ad hoc surveys.

  • Complete compensation analysis using large data sets from internal and external sources to justify and recommend improvements to programs.

  • Complete analysis related to government required submissions as required.

  • Support with Management of the UK employee benefits programs.

  • Support with the annual benefit renewals including benefit brokering, negotiation of rates, provider selection, benefit system build and implementation.

  • Own the UK benefit education plan. Working closely with the global benefits team, local BHR, internal communications and benefit providers to improve engagement across all benefits.

  • Support local BHR will their wellbeing strategy.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of benefits programs and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Complete benefit analysis using data from internal and external sources to identify and recommend improvements to programs.

  • Actively participate as project member on global reward initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ability to use previous reward experience to complete new tasks.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills including written and verbal.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.

  • Competent in excel.

  • Ability to handle large, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.

  • Able to make timely decisions with less than perfect information.

  • Self-starter, able to work independently.
