Targeted salary range: $60,320-$64,000

Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties:
Provide administrative leadership in compliance with federal regulations for the McNair Scholars Program including grant writing and program development; undergraduate research programs staff development and supervision; budget development, maintenance, and management; and direct student contact and counseling. Provide campus leadership for undergraduate research initiatives and support for undergraduate research events.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education:
Master's Degree
Discipline / Degree Area:
Student Affairs Administration, Counseling, Psychology, or a McNair Scholars related field
Required Specialized Training/Certifications:
Required Minimum Work Experience:
Three years' experience in administration of TRIO or student affairs programs. Three years' effective supervisory/leadership experience. Experience working with low-income, first-generation, and under-represented students at the college level.
