Join our team as a Warehouse Office Associate, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a knack for organization, and a strong background in accounting and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and process invoices accurately and on time, aiming for zero late payments.

  2. Create requisitions for inventory spare parts, contracts, amendments, and plant services.

  3. Ensure accuracy in general ledger account coding.

  4. Assist in quarterly cycle counts to monitor and manage spare parts inventory.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

  2. Experience in storeroom, inventory control, and financial management; or a related college degree is a plus.

  3. Minimum of five years of experience with accounts payable and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

  4. Excellent office and computer skills.
