What will you be doing?
As the Safety Coordinator you will ensure all employees are using proper PPE, Ensure all equipment is running correctly. Maintain safe work environment at all times.
Assist EHS Assistant Manager with daily/weekly tasks.
Keep facility secure during evening/night shift.
Conduct daily/weekly safety meetings and check lists.
Observe production personnel and make sure they are performing tasks correctly and safely.
What do you bring?
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload.
· Team player with high energy and a can-do attitude.
· Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
· Required to have effective communication skills both verbal as well as written.
· Overtime expected and required on short notice, with flexibility based on plant production schedules.
· Close attention to detail is essential.
· Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
