Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction management principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects.
  • Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
  • On-site project management, to include assisting work crews to complete projects.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members throughout the construction process.

     

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4-5 year's experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
