Large manufacturer with locations nationwide is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join their team for an exciting greenfield project in West Virginia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and overseeing construction from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project - located only 20 miles from Hagerstown MD.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. PE licensed preferred, not required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on industrial projects.

responsibilities:
Design and/or supervise and coordinate detailed engineering for new construction and expansion projects.
Work with operations team to define scope.
Complete designs and provide value engineering.
Develop construction specifications, bid packages, budget cost estimates, construction schedules, permitting, etc as required to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
Develop, establish, and maintain engineering budgets.
Coordinate and account for any changes in scope of work.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project.
