Ingham Intermediate School District Director of Family & Community Engagement in Mason, Michigan
Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Superintendent of Instruction, the Director of Family and Community Engagement is responsible for leading family and community engagement initiatives across the district, with specific oversight of the Family Engagement Center serving Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties. This role also includes co-coordination of the Ingham Great Start Collaborative and fostering partnerships with families, community organizations, and stakeholders to support early childhood education and family involvement. The Director ensures that families are active partners in their children's education and works to enhance community collaboration in support of student success. Set effective and efficient program and service goals which align with the mission, vision and goals of the District. • Coordinate regional family and community engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the 35i grant objectives, district strategic plan and regional vision. • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that support family engagement, family education, and resource access for families in Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties.
