Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Shared Services Director responsible for the organizational oversight and strategic planning in our Shared Services organization. This includes the strategic oversight and management of all Shared Services functions directly support our field operations. This role directly oversees managers in Accounts Receivables, Customer Service, Accounts Payables, New Accounts, Audit and Back Office Support. The Director will conduct active oversight and improvement in KPI’s related to each area, recruiting, and staffing management, quality control, and compliance.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Ability to travel 25%-50%
Preferred:
5+ years of high-level management experience
3-5 years of accounts receivable, accounts management, and/or office oversight management
Expertise to analyze KPI’s and create organizational improvement and development planning
Excellence in organizational communications and leadership
