Job Description Line Technician/Maintenance Operator Kraft Heinz CompanyMason, OH The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Line Technician to work in our production area in Mason, OH. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform specialized production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Currently hiring for M-F 3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am) Weekend work possible depending on customer demand Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. History of safe work practices. Candidates must be available to work all shifts including second, third & weekends and holidays Applicants must be able to perform and train self/others on basic mechanical skills, mechanical repairs and overhauls, maintenance systems, computer skills, new technologies in preventive/predictive maintenance, problem solving/troubleshooting, etc. where skills are not at the required level Minimum of two years of experience in industrial maintenance Must be able to maintain and operate all equipment in assigned area Demonstrate successful application of problem-solving techniques, effective communication and planning Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis. Outstanding attendance record. Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and adhere to Quality standards.
