Our Talent Acquisition team is at the heart of Ivalua’s development strategy and is responsible for identifying, attracting and recruiting the best talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner / Technical Recruiter, you will be in charge of recruiting software engineers and IT experts in France and internationally. This role can be based in Massy/Paris or London.


  • Recruitments:

  • Manage recruitment processes from A to Z: briefing with hiring managers, publish job descriptions, source for talents, review applications, manage salary negotiations, present final offers to candidate

  • Ensure the best candidate experience by closely supervising the recruitment process of your candidates and to ensure smooth and high quality interviews

  • Provide regular reporting

  • Follow the integration of your new recruits and take into account the feedbacks to continuously improve the quality of sourcing and recruitments

  • Employer branding:

  • Organize and participate in recruitment events to improve our employer branding, communication and strategy in terms of recruitment and retention of our talents

  • Create brand awareness: social networks, events, school relations, etc.

  • Help increase the number of referrals

  • Be an ambassador of our culture and our values

  • Projects:

  • Develop new strategies and talent acquisition projects

  • Work as a team on different types of projects (referral program, initiative to promote diversity and inclusion, on-boarding, etc.)


If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting 360 software engineers and IT experts, ideally with a first experience in a recruitment firm / RPO

  • Very good knowledge of technical environments, from software development (fullstack) to IT infrastructures, through different technologies

  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (C #, .NET, ASP.NET, Azure Cloud, etc.) would be a plus

  • Ability to interact with demanding Hiring Managers by having a "strategic advisor" approach

  • Ability to meet deadlines and help structure our recruitment process

  • Excellent level of French and English both written and spoken
