Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional in the Financial Services industry in Matawan, New Jersey. This role centers on administrative functions and offers a contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Process, assemble, and record new and renewal policies
•Obtain information about account status or changes
• Organize and work with detailed office records
• Review and verify data, such as names, addresses, and attorney rosters for applications and policies
• Modify, update, and process existing policies to reflect any change
• Enter data into applicable carrier systems for use in preparing documents and adjusting accounts
• Carry out other duties or projects as assigned
Requirements • Proven experience in the financial services industry, specifically in an administrative capacity
• Proficiency in Commercial Insurance practices and principles
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• High level of professionalism and ability to interact with various stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Must possess a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness and flexibility
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and demands
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
