YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A CSR SUPERVISOR
As a CSR Supervisor at First Neighbor Bank, you can expect a fast-paced and rewarding environment where no two days are the same. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, providing guidance and support to team members, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met. Your schedule will generally be Monday through Friday, with the occasional Saturday shift to support our customers\' needs. ARE YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SUPERVISOR WE\'RE LOOKING FOR?
