Responsibilities
Compile payroll data such as hours worked, sales, piece work to calculate gross wages
Calling multiple supervisors to confirm any discrepancies.
Accurate deduction of appropriate taxes
Process high volume payroll
Maintain accuracy in payroll systems using Data Pick System
Assist with processing invoicing for clients
Accounts payable and receivable
Skills
Payroll Processing
Microsoft Office

Bookkeeping
Spanish (1 year of experience is required)
