Registered Nurse- Labor and Delivery
Join Our Team: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate L&D RN to join our healthcare team in McMinnville, OR. You will provide
exceptional care to mothers and newborns during the overnight shift.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
Monitor fetal heart rate, maternal vital signs, and labor progression
Assist with pain management and provide emotional support
Administer medications and treatments
Prepare and assist with deliveries, including cesarean sections and emergencies
Educate patients and families on postpartum care and breastfeeding
Maintain accurate electronic health records
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care
Respond to obstetric emergencies promptly
Participate in quality improvement and professional development
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Oregon
BSN preferred
1-2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Compassionate and patient-focused approach

$20,000 Sign on bonus, payable in 4 payments, with committment

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $114,000.00 per year
