Weekend Maintenance Mechanic
Pay Rate: $20-28 per hour based on experience with a $3 per hour shift differential
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
Operate and Set-Up Machinery: Install, adjust, repair, test, and calibrate machine tools and industrial machines.
Tooling Change-Over: Break down and set up machines, ensuring parts produced are within specifications
Basic Machining Skills: Focus on shop tool safety
Troubleshooting: Perform mechanical and basic electrical repairs on production equipment
Keeping Maintenance Records: Maintain accurate maintenance records
Providing Production Support: Operate and run production equipment as needed to support production and operations
Minimizing Production Downtime: Implement programs to standardize and reduce production changeovers and machine downtime
Key Qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Manufacturing Setting: Experience working in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and maintenance management systems
