Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

Description:

Will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls regarding pharmacy claims, member benefits, calls from hospitals, mail order prescriptions etc.

Comprehensive paid training provided

Pay rate is $18.50/hr

Training hours will be M-F 8:30a-5p, but after training, you MUST be flexible to work a shift anywhere between 8a-11p

Must Haves:

Prior Customer Service Experience

Call Center Experience either Inbound or Outbound

Strong Communication Skills

Experience with Word and Excel

Skills:

Call Center, Customer Service, Inbound Calls, outbound calls, Microsoft office, Data entry, pharmacy, healthcare customer service, Insurance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED

Three to five years customer service experience - previous call center experience is a must

Must have good communication skills - professional and polite
