Naval Supply Systems Command SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst atCNSSC MECHANICSBURG NWCF MHA. Responsibilities You will serve as the Supervisor and Subject Matter Expert for Workforce Management for assigned functional areas. You will provide guidance and clarification of policy to Workforce Management support personnel at Echelon III and IV activities throughout the NAVSUP Enterprise. You will provide oversight and direction to Navy ERP Business Office personnel. You will serve as Navy ERP Workforce Management process owner and will be responsible for maintaining overall ERP SAP data integrity. You will serve as a subject matter expert for civilian payroll issues. You will ensure proper handling of Privacy Act Data within managed IT systems. You will serve as a technical authority for civilian and military personnel on travel policy and travel funding related issues. You will supervise a staff of Management and Program analysts that range in grade from GS-9 to GS-13. You will support Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) by developing compliant policies and responding to Key Supporting Documentation (KSD) data calls. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Management and Program Analyst specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service applying a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of organizational and management theories, principles and procedures in order to lead and/or supervise team members, provide subject matter expertise, policy guidance and interpretation for Workforce Management (WFM) programs, systems, training, and compliance programs. Specialized experience must include performing the following: 1) Serves as a lead, supervisor, and/or Subject Matter Expert for one or more of the following WFM functional areas (Civilian Payroll, ERP User Management, ERP-Personnel Administration, WFM Process Owner/ERP Business Office operations, Defense Travel System, Government Travel Commercial Charge Card (GTCC), and the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC); 2) Provides policy guidance and interpretation in one or more of the assigned functional areas as required in resolving issues, disseminating information, maintaining data integrity, and developing system enhancements related to WFM systems, training and compliance programs; and 3) Support Enterprise Internal Management Control Programs, Program Assessments, and all internal and external audit efforts.
